William Brogan, WPB&A's CEO and founder, had a vision for a civil engineering firm specializing in construction phase services.  

In 2010, William opened the doors to W.P. Brogan & Associates, which later became more commonly known as WPB&A.  Early projects included stormwater infrastructure designs and permitting for commercial properties.  WPB&A's interest in construction phase was soon realized by establishing a presense in the transportation infrastructure construction sector providing inspection and construction engineering services for State DOT's in Northern New England.

By 2012, WPB&A had grown significantly in the construction inspection services sector and was providing construction inspection on numerous projects in Northern New England.

In 2016, WPB&A began to expand their design service and capabilites in the commercial and residental sectors with projects througout the United States after teaming up on design projects with a mult-national engineering firm.  As the relationships developed and WPB&A's engineers services were valued, WPB&A became a member of a network of litigation/forensic engineers and attorneys.  

WPB&A's is dedicated to growing the three main areas of service in the years to come.  With a central focus on construction phase, WPB&A seeks to expand its capabilities in the owner's representative and at-risk construction management sectors in the years to come.
